Items are shipped via Australia Post or Courier depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand only.

I've received my order but there is an issue, what do I do?

Please email admin@havanahome.com.au with information and/or images detailing the issue and someone from our customer service team will be in touch.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of despatch, provided products are unused and in resalable condition. Please note shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at customer's own expense. We recommend using a registered service for returns. To enquire about making a return or exchange, please email admin@havanahome.com.au with your order number and details of the item/s you'd like to return.

All our products are made in Australia.
Are your products Animal Friendly?
At Havana Home we love our animals.  Our products are NEVER tested on animals and are vegan friendly.
Are your products Earth Friendly?
Our products are non-toxic and earth friendly.  We are very careful to minimise the footprint we create and use recyclable vessels.
Are your candles toxic to burn in the home?
Absolutely NOT.  We use lead free wicks and natural soy wax in our scented candles.
